About Materuni Village Tours

Guided Waterfall Hike
Hike to the waterfall approximately 45 minutes. Along the way you will learn about local village life and different types of flora and fauna while enjoying breath-taking views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, landscapes and friendly local people. Bring a swimsuit and towel so that you may enjoy a refreshing dip swim in the natural pool at the base of the falls.
Coffee Tours
Learn how to process a coffee from fresh coffee bean until you have it in your cup, meanwhile learning some local motivational songs while making your own cup of coffee, it is a fun way to immerse yourself in a coffee making process, this is the time you become the local barista. This experience will end with you enjoying a cup of aromatic organic Materuni coffee.
Nature Walking
Time to refresh from longtime hours of sitting, a best palce for pre-hike to Kilimanjaro and also a good time to enjoy breathtaking views and landscapes
